Hello everybody, it is very inspiring to read your incredible stories of victory over carbohydrates. I like many others am a Carb Addict, I love sweets and all the wrong stuff. I know what is good but I often seem to stray once I see some cake or bread or just anything. I am finally ready and starting to regain my life back. I love to dance and hope to increase my dancing habits daily as a form of exercise.
I started atkins yesterday and my first goal was to complete one day and I did! I got over my temptations and I am sure I can do the same today.

. Its just tough on you for the first 3 days but later you can surely see a vast change in your appetite and confidence... ALL THE VERY BEST!!! I am on DAY '5' ( I started on Aug 1st ). Rock!!!!!

I hear you about the baked goods, though ... my husband is a retired baker (!!!). Anyway, welcome!
