    Hi all!
I have been a member of this message board for quite some time but I haven't visited in forever. I wanted to re-introduce myself. My name is Mandy and its been about 2 years since I have tried to diet. I got pregnant in 2006 and had my daughter in August of 2007. I have been a stay at home mom since her birth and I have packed on the pounds. I am really really needing some guidance and encouragment. I currently weigh 20lbs more than I weighed when I was pregnant with my daughter and my exercising is limited because I just had knee surgery in June. If you have any ideas I will gladly accept them.

    Welcome Mandy!
    Congrats on your BABY!
Knee surgery huh? OUCH! That could put a damper on your exercise routine. Are you receiving physical Therapy? From personal experience I know those Physical Therapists love to show you what exercises you can do! I have Vertigo which makes exercise difficult for me but I have found that following induction and drinking lots of water has helped me. I have been on the plan for 10 days and I have lost 6 pounds I have lost an inch from my waist and an inch from my hips.
I love this plan! Its so easy.
I look forward to seeing your progress!

Hi Mandy! I'm so new, I don't feel qualified to give any advice, but if you want encouragement, you got it ... good for you for coming back here! That first step can be a bugger, but you did it. Super! You sound really motivated and that is the key, isn't it?

Good luck Mandy. Its always hard to start but once you see results it makes it easier to stick with it.
