    Hello,
I just joined this board, and got a message to introduce myself....Well, Hi I'm John, and I'm from Albany, NY. I did Atkins about 6 years ago and went from 300lbs to 200lbs. Bounced back to 260 (ugh), and started the diet a couple days ago at 242. I'd like to get down to 210 or 200...so hopefully! See ya's

      Hi John
Welcome to the site. I had spoken to a freind of mine who had done Atkins years ago and she took a look at this site. She was amazed at the very creative and yummy creations in the recipe section. Of course with a hundred pound loss in the past you probably have a few recipes of your own.
