    Hi everyone
I'm pleased to have found this site. I started Atkins in April and was doing well until I went on holiday to visit a friend in Spain. She got up early every morning (7 a.m.) to go and buy croissants for our breakfast and I didn't have the heart to say I couldn't eat bread. (I think bread will always be a trigger for me for disorderly eating). But I though oh well it's only every morning.....by the end of the holiday and on my return home I was back to eating it daily and had well and truly fallen off the wagon gaining 4 lbs. It has taken me two attempts to get going again, which thankfully I am doing now. I am finishing second week of Induction and am looking forward to reading this forum and eventually contributing.

Welcome Carys, I look forward to hearing about your progress.
You may want to look at some of the recipes on this site. We cant have bread but there is a recipe called an Oopsie roll that is made with cream cheese, egg, cream of tartar, salt and splenda. The first time I made it I realized why they called it an oopsie roll. It looked like a half deflated pancake. My freind stopped by and laughed like crazy when she saw it. However, I was able to use it with a burger and that was awesome and it tasted good!

Welcome to the ADBB! Glad you decided to hop back on the Atkins wagon; you won't regret it.
It so often happens that the "just one taste..." or "just one a day..." turns into a big lapse. Now you know that this can happen so easily, you'll be able to be firmer another time.

Keep posting here and use the board for all it offers. We're behind you 100%!
