I tried atkins awhile back and I know it works.
Quick question though. I was on it for two weeks and it felt like I lost inches more than pounds. I lost about three or four Pounds during those two weeks is this natural or does it go back to the saying everyone is different?
I've read the book and I know im doing it right, but then I read people saying they lost 7 pounds in one week!
It frustrating but Im going for the gold this time.
p.s Secretly I just want to make an ex boyfriend jealous because theres no way I can make him miserable and still be happy with myself. You know kill two birds with one stone kind of thing

Yeah, your loss will really vary...how much you need to lose, how high your resistance, etc. But, if I were you, I'd be thrilled with losing inches!! Which would you rather have...a size 6 @ 180 pounds or a size 12 @ 130 pounds?
