Good morning.
I googled Atkins "Second time" and found this forum. I had a lot of success with Atkins last year and then, as I got close to my ideal weight, I got lazy or perhaps too confident that I could "cheat" and not see the consequences. Regardless, over the winter and spring my weight has creeped back up and recent vacation photos have been a huge reality check.
I need to get motivated again and make it a lifestyle change, not a temporary "diet". Fruit is my downfall. I have a really hard time resisting it, especially since I live in an area with lots of orchards and fresh fruit.
I'll be mainly hanging around the STAC boards and look forward to meeting you.
