  • Hi all

I am new to the Atjins Bulletin Board, but not new to Atkins. Started in 2004 for the first time and lost a lot of weight and almost gained it all back. In september 2007 I started again and so far I lost 50 pounds. I feel a lot better and I don't have GI problems anymore as long as I don't eat grain products.

I live in the Nettherlands and I am 38 years old and 5'8".

My start weight was 248 and my current weight is 198 lbs.

          Re: Hi all

Thanks for your heartily welcome. This is a very supportive forum and I like that . I hope I can support you too, but sometimes it is difficult to explain something, because I'm not a native speaker.

I'm in ONEderland for some time now, but I have stalled. Everybody knows that a stall can be very frustating. Because of this frustration i was not able to see that i came from a long way already. Thanks for this reality check.
