Well I'm a 22 year old college student who is fed up with being a blob of an unhealthy person.. so here I am. I'm on day 7 and I've already lost almost 9 lbs.
I've been running (well lets be realistic here) walking, everyother day for about 2.75 miles on a trail. And I have also been using some free weights at my house to start work on my flabby arms. While as of yet, I do not feel comfortable going to the gym that my apartment provides (to many in shape people there that it hurts my eyes) I have take little steps to help get me into the size/shape I want to be.
I have some pilates and core working videos that i'm giong to start to work with but if anyone has any other sugestions that can help me move around that would be awesome.
Cant wait to get to my goal!!!!!
