I've been on the Atkins plan for about six weeks. I'm still in the induction phase. I started at 230lbs and now I'm down to about 207lbs. My goal is between 168lbs and 180lbs depending on how I look at that weight. Webmd's BMI calculator says I should weigh, at the most, 168lbs based on my age and height. I think that's a little light but we'll see. I'm working out with weights 3 days a week but I find that it's more of a challenge with a low carb diet. I walk 4 miles an hour between 4 & 7 days a week on average.
