Hello Atkins Members,
I am new to the Atkins program, so will need all of the help I can get. I am 55 YO, living in Raleigh, NC and have tried every diet known to man. I have lost the same 75 pounds at least 10 times, and am looking for a lifelong solution to my weight problem. High triglyceride levels and c-reactive protein scores, plus a knee issue, help me know that I must make a change in my lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off...plus I have a great physician who keeps nudging me.
So, I will read all of the advice listed, get the book and start down the Phase I induction trail to see what I can do, hoping to get from 328 to an interim goal of 250 to a final goal of 170. Thanks for the support! Tessypoo
