Hello I'm Mona, as you may have already guessed from the subject. Anywho, I have struggled with weight loss for a very long time. I have tried to do something about it but I have failed every time. I always give up after a few days or I make excuses as to why I should stop. I just moved to England with my 2 year old daughter and my husband and thought this would be a great time to finally get off my butt and do something about it. New start and all that jazz. So this is me doing somethign about it. I went to the doctor and to my surprise he recommended the Atkins diet. And I say surprise because I have heard nothign but bad things about this particular diet. But once he explained to me how it worked I was all for it. I started it yesterday and so far it has been pleasant. Hopefully that doesn't mean I'm not doingit right
Anyway, I am here for some support and ideas. It's always better to not go at a diet alone. I am very impressed by all of the before and after photos I have seen. They were amazing. I am actually a photographer but for a long time I will NOT go on the other side of the camera unless I have to. I don't even have many photos with my daughter, So I want to change that. Thanks for readin my rant!

No, you're not doing it wrong....induction flu will hit soon enough, then disappear altogether

Oh well I'm sure it will get better in time.
