Hi everyone,

well I am new here ... and I am so amazed how the Atkins community grew ...

Over 8 years ago I lost almost 60lbs with Atkins ... but as the story goes I did fall back into my Carbo habit ... and now I gained it all back ... ( funny as I was the one that got so many friends of mine hooked on Atkins ... and I did not follow it along ) well about 40 lbs over the years and now 20 lbs in the last month ... I was fat up with my health ... my look and especially that I don´t find clothes to hide it anymore ... recently I saw a video with me and I got a shock .... So off we go again and this time I am determined to keep going for lifetime ... Well day 4 into Induction and I am in full Ketosis ....

So I look forward to be with you on the way to my new me.... Well I have a major goal ... loose weight and keep it off , quit smoking, and run a marathon next year ... and I am determined to reach that goal .
