I'm not sure how to introduce myself. In July 2002 I weighed 306 pounds. Today, month in and month out, I weigh 170 pounds. My plan of eating excludes foods with added sugar and foods with wheat. These are my trigger foods.

I can just add that I lived as a fat man for a long time. I'm grateful that is not me today. Not fat around the waist and not fat (too fat) in the head.
