Hello, I started Atkins Induction Program, 2 weeks ago and have lost only 3.5 lbs. Going into my 3rd week, I have decided to eat fish and chicken only. I have hypothyroidism, but I thought I would be able to lose the weight fairly easy. Is there anything else I can do to lose weight a little faster on Induction. I am grateful for any suggestions you can provide. Thank you.

I have read the book twice and use it daily as my bible. I have totally followed the diet and I already feel like I am at a stand still. I'm in the right frame of mind to lose and eat exactly what I'm suppose to, plus I walk at least 21 miles per week if not more. Should I concentrate more on calories at this point? I need to lose 50 lbs and I thought I would be able to lose all the weight by Feb 2009.
