i have always had a sweet tooth and this is my big worrie.
when it say's cup's of salad etc does this mean like a coffee cup?
can i have say 2-3 tbl spoons of soy flour so i can mk pancakes ??
what are the % for each day for fat/fiber etc ?
the lable on may says it has sugar in the ingrediants ? this ok ?
