Just wanted to introduce myself. 
I am a 5'6" female and I weigh 206 right now.
My goal is to get to 165 (a weight I felt and looked great at!) by my wedding-
November 2009. 41 lbs, but I have enough time to do it! Anything past 165 will be icing on the (low carb cheese-) cake.
I started Induction this week, but will probably extend it, as I have a horrible throat infection and have been using (some might say over-using) the sugar free cough drops to alleviate it. I always get summer colds!
I normally lose about 15-20 lbs and stall, get discouraged and quit. Especially since I really don't like meat. This time I have to push past it and get to where I want to be!!
