Hi my name is Julie. I am 32 years old, 5'10". My highest weight was 284 when I gave birth to my daughter 7 years ago, 2 years later I was down to 157lbs (which was too thin for my frame and I had to run morning & night plus watch every morsel that I consumed), and over the past 3 years I have yoyo'd between 170 and 195. I recently moved to South Carolina and have allowed myself to eat everything and anything my hearts desired and boy do I love southern food. I have gained 20lbs in the past 4 months. My daughter has gained 5-10lbs. I thought we were just enjoying ourselves but it has come to my attention that I am leading my daughter down a very sad, lonely road, one I have struggled with my whole life, which ironically began at her exact same age. Now its one thing to let my issues with food run havic on my body/life but I will not let that happen to her. So here I am. I started 2 weeks ago and have lost 9lbs. I am staying on induction for at least two more weeks in hopes to get below the 200 mark. My goal weight is 175lbs, which is about a size 12 for me, and maintainable.
