    Well you guys I've decided to try this again. Today is one week for me and I'm down 6lbs . Some is better than none. I'm glad to come back and I can't wait for the help and support.

    Hello to all... Lets see ,I started this on Monday 08/19/08. My start weight was 160lbs. I have been on a week today and have lost 6lbs. My goal weight would be 120-125.I am 5'2 pretty short. So, the weight looks double.Well until next time.

    Welcome back Tonya 6 pounds in one week is good!





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

        Welcome back, try and try again. Thats what I do and thankfully its helped keep the weight off.
