    My name is Linda. I am wanting to lose some weight, have tried lots of diets (with some luck but gained the weight back) and recently was directed to this one. I am very excited to get started. I started this morning and finding that I am hungry throughout the day, but as with any diet, that will go away.
    I am 34 years old. I am female and I am single.
    I am not sure what else to add, but please if you have any questions or comments I would love to hear from you!!

    1ST GOAL - 238(started 8/25 ACHIEVED 09/06 <12 days on diet>)
    2ND GOAL - 228(started 9/7 ACHIEVED 10/04 (after a few birthday celebrations...ooops!!)
    3RD GOAL - 218 (started 10/05
    4TH GOAL - 208
    5TH GOAL - 198
    6TH GOAL - 190

          It's nice to see you here, and if you have any questions, just post them here and you know that we'll all be glad to throw our 2 cents in!

          This is really a great way of life, not just a diet. If you stick with Atkins, you'll make your goals and more...

          Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

          Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

            Thank you everyone!!! So far so good, 7 pounds since Monday. so very excited!! Finding it difficult at dinner time (my old snacking time), but TT deals well with me when I call to complain!!!
