Newbie from BC Canada
Hi, Im Debbie from B.C. Canada. I have been overweight most of my life and I am at a time in my life right now where I have to make a choice. Lose weight or....the consequences will be that I could become very sick. I need to do this...and I was doing ok for awhile, but for some reason I just cant stop cheating the past couple of months. Yes, thats an excuse... I know that. I need to be more in control of what I eat...Im the only one who can be. I'm thinking tho..that maybe with a little extra support during the times I feel myself slipping...may help, so thats why Im here. I will post some pictures in a bit. It will take me awhile to get them together, because I rarely allow a picture to be taken. If there is anyone who needs some extra support from me...just write me and I will do what I can.

I am so glad that you decided to join here. I know that you are strong and you can do this! Through my life I have watched you do so many wonderful things and I have watched you overcome obsticles that most people would shy away from. You are a very strong woman, just like your mother, my grandma... You will do this, You can do this. I will always be here for you, and any time you need support or want a hand or even just someone to go out and have dinner with without the pressure of ordering EVIL foods... Call me! I want you to be happy. and I know that you can do this. All you have to do is want it! GO OUT AND GET WHAT YOU WANT! Don't let anyone else stand in your way.Comment
