It's my 5th day of Induction and I'm really feeling good! I'm into white meat and vegetables (cooked & fresh). I feel very frotunate that we have wide variety of vegetables here in our country.
I exercise a lot too and it helps me to be energetic for the rest of the day. I do workout before I go to office, and I think it works for me. I can already feel my thighs & tummy tightening, after a month of exercise. And with all these results, I'm positive that I could reach my goal in no time.
My weight last Monday was 146.6lbs, and I just checked this morning and I weigh 142lbs. Hey 4.6lbs in 5 days is not bad, is it?
I'm 2lbs. away to my mini goal for September 8, which is 10 days from now.
It's really good to set such mini goals. It only shows that you are achieving something little by little.
