Thought I'd introduce myself here
My name is Linda, use the name LindaCat as that's what a good friend of me calls me! People seem to find cat related nicknames for me, must be my crazy cat lady ways
I've had a long struggle with weight, started adding on the pounds when I was in school and they seem to just have added and added since.
I've toppled up to 320 at the highest and I'm currently at 315.
I've tried a lot of things, I was even talking to my doctor about having weight loss surgery. While I was approved for the surgery it self, things have gotten in the way and I can't get it before I move away from Sweden. (Going to the US to study come spring, so excited!
)
So I decided to go back to Atkins, I've had success before but had problems sticking to it.
I am so determined to make this work now and I'm starting up on Monday, I'd love more than anything to be able to drop all thoughts of possible surgery or anything like that.
Health wise I'm pretty good, no blood pressure issues, sugar issues or anything like that. Some joint pain and show some very early signs of arthritis (Which runs on both sides of my family), but I've decided I need to kick this weight before it starts messing with my health.
