I just joined. Not very computer-savvy, but thought it would help the process to feel connected to others going through it too.
I'd like to lose about 25 lbs. (5 of which I put on during the summer with too many bbqs and alcohol!!).
I find it hard to survive without carbs. Find I modify by eating carbs only at breakfast and not at lunch or dinner. This seems to be working but soooo slowly. Decided to go full-fledged Atkins 2-week induction.

Atkins definitely works best if you go by the book! Good luck on your Atkins journey
