Hi all,i`m jas here to say hello just reading all the threads got my books to read have started but feels like a lot to take in but hey one step at a time, My weight is 267lb and i`m 6ft but would like to get to 185lb
but tried before (but never atkins) it is like
and starving, i do love food but what have i got to lose except weight!!so today is my first day almost finished book and with all i have seen on here i feel pretty sure i can do it this time.
so will up date as i go and fingers crossed.
