Re: Starting Induction September 1st!
Fingers crossed, Dreya and Mummy... greetings!
I'm now on day two and I am amazed at the reduction in appetite. After eating a 3 egg omelette for breakfast I was still full at lunchtime and had to force down a cheese stick and lettuce!
Dinner will be chicken breast sauted in spinach with lots of garlic and olive oil...yum!
Dreya, induction might be tough if you don't like eggs and cheese. However, I think once you move into OWL it'll be much easier.
Fingers crossed and mummy. Nice to hear from you in the UK. I'm one homesick Britt. However, I've got to admit that the Atkins WOE will be much easier without the temptation of cadbury's chocolate and walkers
crisps and lets not even talk about McVities digestives with a good cup of tea...oh boy here I go slobbering all over myself again. Okay Britt think meat... think eggs... and cheese
I can't believe how supportive everyone is around here. Think I'm gonna like this board
Good luck to you all
