Hi, I am new and will be starting the Atkins diet tomorrow 9/1/08.
I have read some information about the Atkins Diet, but I am starting to read the book today 8/31. I am 44 and weigh 144 lbs; it may not seem much for some, but I am very short, 5’0 to be exact, so it makes me look short and squat, considering I had been a size 3 and less than 110 lbs well into my late thirties. I want to be sleek and slim again, no ripples or dimples or pleats!
For my induction, I had gotten a sample menu; why reinvent the wheel, but I am methodical and need consistency to stay on task, so I will be using the same menu each and every day on the induction. To put it frankly, the menu is quick and easy to put together so I don’t get discouraged.
I will be starting the TaeBo Amped each day, hopefully I’ll stay with it.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
