    hi everyone

    Hi

    I am 24 years old and currently weigh 89.4 kg. Started atkins almost two weeks ago at 95.6 kg. Meaning I have already lost over 6 kg!! I am amazed. The first few days were hard, but i have made up my mind. Now it seems a lot easier and with very few cravings

    just wanted to say hi

    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
