Hi! My name is Lisa. I am jsut starting the Atkins Diet. My starting weight was 242 lbs. and now I am at 234.6. Im escited to get to where im going. Im only 5 ft.3. So wish me luck!

Hey, I'm just under 5' 3" and remember how much of a pain it was trying to find clothes that fit, that weren't a mile too long. It gets a lot easier.

Thanks so much! I am excited. I also have a 14 yr. old nephew that weighs 360 lbs
. His doc says that atkins is safe enough for him too. So we are going to do it together . Take care and u look awsome in ur pics .<3
