    Hello everyone,

    Thank you for inviting me to your forum! I have been a member of the Atkins site community board since April and was surfing the web looking for info on OWL and now have been reading your threads that are overflowing with tons and tons of info for 2 days. WOW!! What a great place!

    I do have some questions regarding OWL and will post on another thread.

    I am very excited to have found all of you and did not realize there were other sites! If anyone who would like to be a LC buddy out there, I am here for you.

    I am a 49 female 5'7"from Missouri and feeling wonderful since I have lost 45lbs and ready to continue this WOE for life. I have 75lbs to go and need support from someone who is ready to get busy and do this! I will also be there for you and we can have fun sharing ideas, advice and who knows what else!

    PS...Having ticker problems....spent so much time trying to fugure it out. Anyone know what I did wrong? The links kept showing up.

      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
