    Introducing Myself...

    Hello everyone!!
    I am glad to be here. I was referred here by SNEAL717...we are doing Atkins together.
    I am 30 years old, until Sept. 14th, and I am in the Dallas, TX area.
    Today is my second day of Induction...I am surprised I am still standing, but I feel good!

    Hi Avery! So glad you joined the board. I swear these people will really keep you on track and give us so many great ideas and pick me ups when we need them. Now lets get the other 2 on here!

    I haven't been active on this site in a while but I'm back in full effect and still learning so much. This is my 5th day on Induction and I'm already down 10 lbs and met my first mini goal. One day at a time sweet jesus is what I keep telling myself.

    I'm so thankful to have 3 great friends doing Atkins and all of the wonderful people on here to get me through the rough times that I know are coming!
