Hey Everyone! Beginning Journey...

I'm excited to be here! I've looked though several threads and everyone is so encouraging. I've been overweight, depressed and unhappy for years. It's time for a change! I began Atkins induction on 9/4/08 weighing in at 242 lbs. I weighed in this morning and am at 238 lbs. I think there is a difference in weight because I weighed the first day later in the day just after a meal, but I'm stoked to see the results. Anyways, it's nice to meet everybody!!
