I did Atkins years ago and lost about 40 lbs. I was 135, I am now, 6 years later, at 255 wondering how in the world did that happen????

Welcome, hutchence!

Rest assured, that there are MANY of us here who have had to do Atkins more than once, before we finally got it right. If you'll check out my stats below, you will see that I am one of them.

Specifically, I think the STAC forum would be great for you! It's the Second Time Around Club, and there are lots of great folks there who are in your shoes... they know and understand your situation. I've included a link to that forum in the sticky that I've directed you to. Check it out!

Thanks so much! I had to have a hysterectomy right after I got married and was at my "happy weight". That is when all of this weight came back on from various medications and depression. I am pretty optimistic though!!
