    Hi ive been on the board for quite some time now and im doing okay.
    I still have about 70 pounds to go... and i want to lose this by the end
    of summer so i dont have to hide behind big baggy clothes anymore..
    I need support with working out i started walking 1 mile a day. and hope
    to be able to do more, i never had the energy to walk i would rather stay
    on the sofa in front on the tv so i made up my mind to start walking....
    please push me along and i will try to do the same for u...jessica
