  • The First two weeks of the rest of my life INDUCTION

Well, it has been 5 days into induction and I have been craving everything but have not cheated, one or two days I might have had to much cheese due to the fact that I have no scale (next purchase). I feel proud that I have only made it this little bit. The first couple of days of any diet I have try in the past I have always cheated but now I think I have the strength to pull this one off. I hope to find people who can lift me up when I am down my support system at home are very weak. so I feel if I can find some one to talk to about going though this experience I hope to full fill my dream of being heath and happy about my body image
    Thanks for letting me vent

Well if you want to talk and share you've come to the right place. Plenty of that going on here. Read lost and post and it will be easier for you to hang in there.
Also remember that if cravings are getting to you Atkins recommend you take a couple of supplements that will help you out.

Hi, Angie ... sorry the "home folks" aren't more supportive, but you'll find plenty of that here. Check in often ... it helps a lot. Joining in the challenges helps even more! Plus, it's fun and you meet the nicest people
