Hi all!
Im just over half way through the induction phase. I am very proud of myself as I really didnt think I'd make it through the first day. I've lost 11pnds so far! I know that I will not keep losing this much wt every week, however, it sure is a great start. I feel pretty good. The only thing that really bothers me, is, I keep craving baked potatoes and bread. Anyways, the best of luck to us all here on a journey to a healthier self.
