    Off to a good start

    I have now been on the diet for about a week and have lost about 6lbs.
    I just another 20lb for my goal. wish you all the best with your goals.

      I'm sure I will be checking in daily to read about how everyone else is doing and get support we I need which I'm sure will be offten.
