Hi all, I'm new to the board but not to the Atkins way of eating. I've been successful in the past loosing but have not managed to stay on plan for more than a few months.
I really want this to be the final re-start, I know it works, I feel good when I'm doing it, and my bloodwork always proves what we all know, when I am doing it right.
Last time I went off because I had a few cheats that led to some hypoglycemic episodes that were very scary, and I realized then that I had to be into it all the way or I was going to just make myself worse. You can't do 20 carbs a day for 4 weeks and then sneak in 4 homebaked cookies and not expect your blood sugar to freak out the next morning.
I haven't officially re-started induction yet as I need to get my kitchen properly stocked, but plan to start in the next day or two.
Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.
