  • First timer already screwed up

Hey everyone my name is Kristy I'm a 29 year old mother of two a 13 month old and a 1 1/2 month old.. I started induction the Last Tuesday, but unknowingly have been drinking the Atkins shakes and bars.. I don't know if I'll have to start induction all over or what.. well see.. Since induction started I've lost 6 of the 205 pounds I started with.. I'm 5'3 so my goal weight is 125. I'm currently back on track.. Just lurking around this board has already help me so much. Thank you everyone for that.. I look forward to talk to everyone soon..

BTW any advice on the shake/bar situation will be greatly appreciated..

I wouldn't use them as part of the menu, only in a pinch. that said, I have had 3 shakes and 3 bars since starting last friday

        Welcome.
No need to start over - just continue on making the rest of the induction as clean as you can. Sounds like things are going well.

Sounds like you're doing great. I would recommend some exercise if you're not already doing some because it will help get the pounds off faster.

          Have great day.
