  • New to the board

    Hi, i am new to the board, i just joined a few days ago. I'm really glad to be here. This is my second time around with Atkins, when i first started it was 3/07, and i was about 292lbs and i dropped down to 257lbs in 7/07 which is when i stopped Atkins. I continued to go work out at least 3 times daily, then stopped that too, but after all that i did keep the weight off and just fluctuated between 255-265. Well, i have decided to restart because i really want to hit my goal and drop down to about 170lb. I am in my second week of induction and i am feeling good! I know i can do it, i did it once before! And with all the support on this site, i think i can reach that goal....thanks!!

    Welcome back Cachejo. You have had great success in the past and I'm sure you can again. Be sure to join us at the Second Time Around Club (STAC).
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
