Ticker help

How do I start a ticker?
I clicked on the "Tickers" link at the top pf the page and signed in and it says "You must first create a ticker and that that link is just to change the ticker...."
So.... how do I make one?

SO I found Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy... and made a ticker. Then I cut and pasted it into the URL spot and it keeps saying "Invalid"

I was having the same problem. It worked for me when I copied the URL into the "Edit Signature" option instead of trying to copy it into the "Upload from another web page" option below that.
