  • I just wanna be a loser!

Hello, I am new here. I have been doing Atkins for about 5 weeks now and lost 15#. I am pretty excited about this. I have had a few slip ups but I just get back on track the next day. I look forward to learning and contributing to this forum.

Re: I just wanna be a loser!

Thanks Loulou and Barb. I am definitly exercise challanged as well. I am recovering from achilles tendon surgery and just gave back the electric wheelchair I have been in for 4 months today. Sooo...I have to really push myself (gently) to ride my bike or walk. Any suggestions for very low impact exercises?
