    Well I just wanted to introduce mysef My name is Selina And I have been on induction for three days and I am feeling pretty good about myself
    I have not read the book but I do have the atkins for life book I think that is all if you have any other ? feel free to ask

    Welcome welcome! Definitely get to work reading the book. It will answer so many questions before you ever think to ask them!

        Welcome Selina! You should really add Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) 2002 edition to your reading list, it explains things much better than most of the other editions. Good luck!
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        Current Mini Goals:
        1) 35 pounds lost
        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
