    Hello Fellow Atkiners

    My Name is Sally. I have been reading the posts for a couple of days now and have learned a lot from you all. Thank you!! I'm on day 12 of Atkins. Things went well in the first week but not so much the second. I'm going to hang in there though. I WILL DO THIS AND I WILL SUCCEED!!!

      I stalled and realized I needed more carbs. post your menu and the kind people will help you. you can do it!!

          My TOM is very near so I am hoping that's what's going on. I was going to wait and see what happens next week. I am pretty sure my food is ok but if I don't see anything happening by mid next week I will for sure be asking all the wise people here. Thanks!
