Hi, my name is Niko.
I've never dieted before and working out has never really been something I enjoy. I hate the taste of water, love pasta, potatoes, bread and milk and have never though I would ever be able to do something as drastic as Atkins.
That said, I started on the 15th and have lost 9 pounds. I go to the gym every morning, have been trying to gag down water but have found some carb free/sugar free water flavors to help, and have been amazed at how much willpower I have after two birthday parties and a girls night out without cheating. At first I was worried about how I would get under 20 carbs a day but find I hardly ever get more than 10.
I do have one question though. On Wednesdays I tend to lose two pounds followed by no weight loss on Thursday. Wednesdays I spend all day at school where I mostly sit at a desk with brief walks between buildings on campus and have no time for exercise that morning or when I get home. Thursdays I work out in the morning and at night however, same as the Tuesday before. This has been the trend these late two weeks that boggles my mind because I would love to harvest whatever I'm doing right on Wednsdays and make use of it throughout the week. Should I cut back on my exersize to every other day?
