New to Atkins----DETERMINED!
HI All,
This is the first time I have tried Atkins. I've been on thie induction since September 17th and found this forum last nite! I was really excited to be able to talk to others going through the same thing as me.
I lost 100 lbs about 9 years ago on another diet plan and I have gained every single pound back.
I looked at myself and said, "Thats it!! I'm not gonna feel this way anymore! I can do this!". I quit smoking cold turkey June of 2007 and felt much better, now I need to work on this baggage. So here I am, 12 days into induction and feeling great! I cant believe the energy I have! I walk every day.
I have read lot of your stories and am very happy for all of you! What inspirations!
I am determined to look great and feel great! Let's do this together!
I have not weighed myself since I started but am very anxious to weigh in this wednesday, 10/1.
