Hi -
I am a new member, I am starting at 218, I am currently at 211, and my end goal is basically to be back in my size 5 which I estimate for me to be around the 120s or 130s, it has been 6-7 years now that I have been gaining and gaining, little by little. I have reached my highest weight and I started to find my largest clothing to be getting snug-this was a slap in the face that I needed to wake up. I also heard people discussing upcoming weddings and holiday parties and I thought to myself...I can't go one more year not being myself and feeling like a prisoner in my own body. I have been lingering around 185 for the last 4-5 years, and all the sudden this last year I had put on another 30+ pounds from stress, & bad eating choices...the whole bit bringing me to an unexpected and rapid occurring 218 lbs. (my highest). I never imagined I would let things go so far out of control.
I am 7 days into induction and I have lost 7 pounds. I am excercising 15-25 minutes a day on an elliptical
(which is a huge accomplishment for someone like me/I haven't excercised since high school). My ketosticks are purple as a plumb and I hope to keep up my motivation as I now feel very determined and strong! I have had to cut out a couple things including my sugarfree redbulls (my dirty addiction), I am down to diet Mtn. Dew, and next week I hope to eliminate it all. I have been plunging down water all day and I feel it makes a big difference with flushing out the fat and helping to keep me regular.
My 1st Goal is 199 I hope to hit that within about 10-15 days from now! The postings on here are motivational and have helped me get through each day.
