New to Atkins and new to the board!

Hi everyone -I wanted to introduce myself as well. My name is Patty and I will be starting the Atkin's program for the very first time tomorrow, Friday 3/11.

I am terribly excited and a little nervous of course but I truly can't believe the support and the success here! What a great sign for good things to come

I will go and post on the induction board as well. I will also post my statistics tomorrow AM after weighing and measuring!

Hi Patty :wave :wave :wave Glad that you found us.
Another good tip for the new person to Atkins is to make sure you start reading labels. When you go to the grocery story for the first time just kind of wander and check out stuff. You will be amazed at how many carbs that you consume in a day.
After your first day, post your menu on the Review menu section and the good folks will let you know how your doing.
