9 pounds in 8 days

This is my 8th day on atkins and I I lost 9 pounds so far this diet really works.

That's great! Congrats! Keep up the good work . I am still on my first week so I hope I am as successful as you :P

Weight loss currently on hold! Baby due 11/22/09

Weight loss goal: 160 lbs
Re-starting early next year sometime
