Hey! From South Louisiana!

Hello people! My name is Natalie, I am from South Louisiana, and I am so totally ready to get my weight off. I have been lurking around in the forums over the past month or so, so I decided I should join in.

I really enjoy reading all the posts! There is really some great information on here. And when I need inspiration I just pop in and start reading!

I started Atkins on Friday Sept 26, and I have already lost 13 lbs! Yay!!

Cant wait to learn more from you guys/gals.

Thank you! I am pretty sure that a lot of the weight I lost was water weight. I need to lose about 80 lbs or so. I tried doing the whole low calorie thing for a good two weeks and the scale didn't budge at all. Then, I suddenly remember how I lost a lot of weight on Atkins about 6 years ago(90 lbs in 6 months) and thought to myself "Self, why in the world am I not doing Atkins?" So here I am..
