Starting Over....Again

Hi Everyone!
My Name is Jewel and I am %$ years old and I am a ChocCakeCandyCookie-aholic. This is not my first, second or even third time on Atkins but it is certainly my last time returning to Atkins. I am starting over from scratch which includes reading everything I can get my hands on about the program. Obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and kidney failure from diabetes is running rampant in my family and I am not going to be the next one to get it. I have been on Atkins before and lost about 40 lbs – so I know it works. I am so glad to find this site. It is truly a God send. My starting weight was 266 lbs. So far I have been on the diet for 9 days and have lost 6 pounds. I’m just glad to be here.

Thank you all for the welcome and the support! I see from you guys stats that you are well on your way to reaching you goals. Way To GO! I am going to definately follow in your footsteps.
